Tailored Vacc Suit

It's heavier, yes. But it also protects better than before. So perhaps it's not quite as much 'casual clothing' any more, but it is a really comfy suit of armour/vacc protection, and the description does say they get thinner and easier to use as TL increases which was basically the deal with the tailored suit too.

Besides, 8 kg isn't too heavy to wear for extended periods of time, as long as the weight is distributed well.

I'm just going to have to add it then.

So just curious, is a Tailored Vacc Suit really that different or just a better fit than an equal suit of the same TL?

How are you picturing this?

You know the Apollo Space Suits were tailored to the astronauts.
Yes, thus why I asked what they were thinking of. What they want is what I call the "Victoria Secret" Space Suits. But I get the desire for the uber-sexy suits, they are more fun to look at. :D

I admit it was a long time before I realized some folks were using their tailored suits as daily wear aboard ship in their games. In my mind, Tailored just means it does not rub wrong and thus I could maybe wear it longer and have a better range of movement in it. So while I am in a minority, it is something I have always struggled with. I just have a hard time picturing the space suit as skin tight coveralls visual.
