After those last ones, I'm glad I started this topic up. :D

I'm glad you did as well. I still wish Mongoose would make M270 MLRS units! I was going to "tag" one of mine with "Pandora's Box" on the side. 8)

It's my understanding the "arty-types" will be off-board only and there will be no physical units, including mortar platoons, represented in the game.

That would be good if you had a 200' table to play on :)

Have you seen my house? j/k

Yeah, I know it is never going to happen, but I still think "Pandora's Box" on the side of one of these is the funniest "tag" I've ever seen on a track, bar none.

concerning taggin tanks and other vehicles you cant put obscene words like F**K on it as was shown in apocalypse now and is actual doctrine.
once i saw a couple chall 2's in iraq with tags saying "how is my driving?" and "if you can read this you are to close and will be shot"

usually brit tanks rnt marked as we are more professional and also screws up camo wen in cover as u dont expect a bush to have a name on it would you lol kinda gives the game away :?

if you're close enough to read writing on a tank you'd be fairly stupid to think it was a bush! :P

If you are close enough to read writing and not know THAT is a tank then there is something wrong!
Camo is only really useful at long range or from the air

Imho camo is very useful up close aswell, i once stood 3 meters away from a guy that was looking for me and he couldn't spot me thanks to my camouflage..

wouldn't work with the tank in that pic tho, the backdrop makes it stand out pretty good..

it was only pic i could find lol in that instance not at short or med range but at long u wud be hard pressed to see it. if it was used in thicker woods though u wud find it real hard to see at any range and especially long. also brit army uses mock up tanks set up in out lying areas of defense for enemy to shoot at an give us warning wen there coming which is almost impossible to distinguish from the real thing unless u get right up to it

camo works uless your eye is familiar to it and has learnt to adapt (more brain than eye but you know what i mean) thats why its often to spot people in camo nowadays.
