Taffy 3- Battle of Leyte Gulf

I was thinkin of buliding the Taffy 3 task force.
My only problem is the John C Butler class.
I was thinking of making them Flecther class as i can't find anything with similar armament.
I good thing about this fleetis almost fits exactly into 5 raid pts
6 Casablanca Escort carriers (3 raid)
3 Fletchers Destroyer
4 John C Butlers Destroyer Escorts
1 too many Destroyers, can only get 6 with my last 2 Raid pts.
Thoughts anyone?

not if you split the points

2 casablanca = 1 raid point
1 casablanca + 2 destroyers = 1 raid point

if you do this you are one destroyer short (7 out of 8 possible)

you should try the United States Navy “Evarts” Class destroyer escort
from signs and portents 57 for the John C. Butler class
