I'm still toying with my Uber Empire Idea and want some thought's on this idea

The Uber-Empire sends A Fleet of 4 1.5 Million TL 24 Ton Nelhanlia Class Battleship, escorted by 17 600,000 ton TL 20 Belenus Class Carriers and with 40 100,000 ton TL 18 Belinsa Class Frigates as Scouts to hunt A Traitor Navy Fleet of 104 Ships that range from 8,000 Ton TLB 16 Escorts to A 390,000 ton TL 18 Carrier

During The Mission A 600,000 Ton Prototype TL 16 Imperial Dreadought with A TL 17 Meson Cannon runs into A Misjumped Frigate that was in the wrong place at the wrong time and not only refused to allow a boarding inspection, but its very drunk captain made racist comments about The Human Race in General and very evil things about The Imperial Admiral Family. Which resulted in A Battle where The Uber-races Fleet destroyed roughly 11.4 times its own mass in ships that where between 1 and 6 TL's weaker, but was destroyed

Worse was the fact that The Captain was The Crown Prince of The most influential Minor Race in The Uber Empire, which by itself could crush The Imperium in less then 3.52 years and, due to how politically powerful the royal family is, could easily gain enough support to Conquer all of known Space in only 6.26 years. How can The Imperium survive

I don‘t see another way, but to simply choose from the worst movie-solutions in science fiction in order to counter your idea with insanity. For example:

By simply finding a drunk pilot in a medium fighter crashing into the main power facility of one capital ship, while a hot shot pilot and a drunk scientist camouflage the telemtrics of their ship, fly into the central processing unit of the uber-computer and deploy a virus which disables the mainframe, defenses and communication network of the uber-fleet, while a totally desperate admiral of the Imperium in a huge capital ship starts the jump drive of his vessel and rams the major capital ship of the uber-fleet and thus nearly destroys this one as well as huge chunks of the surrounding support fleet.

Basically. As in real life, a significant tech advantage can easily be decisive. If the Uber Empire (please tell me it's not really called that) is at TL24, while the Imperium's core worlds range from TL10 to TL13, the Imperium gets steamrolled in a general war. They simply cannot challenge the UE on the battlefield.

I suspect that this would have a similar outcome to a medieval knight in jousting armor charging a modern tank.
