I have a Lynx hovering outside my window about 20 metres away.... (I live in the middle of Newcastle nowhere near any army or navy bases)

Damn I wish I had my cam.

i live in southend and so when the airshow is on there are quite a few planes flying around near my house, and one time a stealth bomber fly just above the houses across the road from me. god it was fast and noisy. dont know why it was flying so low but it looked damm good.

Nope it was in woodland camo.

Most bizarre it flew over my house and headed down the Tyne then came back up and just hovered about 20m away from my window for about 30 seconds, then flew off down to the river again.

*LOL* wrong side of the house for that..... they could however see my hude PC monitor and the mongoose forum which I was looking at at the time.... 8)

sometimes the army and marines practice stuff on the tyne, the lynx probably got abit lost
