I am a little confused about Spirit Walking and the Spirit Cults ranks.
On page 47 of the Core Rulebook, under Spirit Walking, it says:
"Follower (equivalent to Initiate)...
"Devotee (equivalent to Acolyte)...
"Shaman (equivalent to Rune Priest)...
"High Shaman (equivalent to Rune Lord)..."
Then on page 147, under the Comparative Rank Titles, we have:
"Rank Title.......................Divine Cult...........Spirit Cult
Common Member............Lay Member..........Follower
Pious Member.................Initiate.................Spirit Worshipper
Fervent Member..............Acolyte................Shaman
High Lord/High Priest.......Rune Lord/Priest....High Shaman..."
Which is correct? I've been playing it that the listing of the ranks in the Spirit Walking skill description is correct. Thus, a Fervent spirit cult member is a "Devotee" rather than Shaman, and "Follower" and "Worshipper" in the table on page 147 should be switched. Is that correct?
I'd appreciate an official word on this.
