Hmm, I wonder if I'm one of those being called a sock puppet simply because I don't make many posts, and because I've criticised a very Piss Poor Traveller - like product.

The fact is:

-I run and play MGT and enjoy it, and some of you have even viewed some of my Obsidian Portal gamesites
-I don't spend a great deal of time posting on forums; when one of our players flagged up this terrible idea I commented, as I am allowed to
-People who don't like something are not necessarily 'negative' or 'Trolls'. They're just people with opinions which perhaps don't coincide with yours

Those of you that want to fund a cut price amateurish movie then by all means waste your money - but myself and others are also allowed to criticise the same terrible idea. Deal with it.

Yes im funding this i have less expectations than you and simply hope this inspires others to do the same(Wasnt there a Far Trader attempt by another group?).

You never know maybe it might draw the interest of someone whose work does interest you but until then i guess we're stuck with attempted firefly remakes... now if they can make it even half as interesting then it would have been well worth it¡

Yeah, I got the first resin model but have yet to get the other two I ordered...Plus I haven't seen any progress on the tv pilot for a month or more now

Colour me learning from my mistake.

Kind of went for it after Marc Miller vouched for him. He must be feeling quite the sucker too.
I had never heard of the guy myself. Live and learn. Expensive lesson though. Though it may get a lot harder for this con to carry on as he has been with all the stuff to be found on the internet. Once it is out there it can never be erased. There are a lot of scary people on the web but Ken is not one of them. Just a lesson in the abundant flesh...
