The most important ships in the Minbari Federation, the Valen’tha is the ship that carries the famous Grey Council through out the Federation. While the Valen’tha is a state of the art ship with a few high tech upgrades that the grey council has yet to hand out to the technology out to the rest of the Minbari fleet. The technology has a small drawback a drop in its stealth technology.

Fusion Cannon: 18 S 4 AP, Mini Beam
Tractor Array: 18 F 4 Mini Beam**

** The Tractor Array is a powerful Gravitic backwash focused into a beam that will knock any targeted enemy fighter out of commission in the blink of an eye. Any Fighter knocked out is removed from play and the ship with the ’Fleet Carrier' trate can not roll to salvage the fighters.

I like the rule for the Sinclair grabber. If the ship took part in a big fight it could gather up a decent collection of fighters.

Are they not the easiest ship in the game to kill as they only have one crew ?
Note the "Vorlon and Shadow special rules" ;) They don't take crew loss.

Although it's quite overpowered in my opinion. Stealth, shields, self-repair and adaptive armour! How much firepower is required to kill one of these thing??!?! Pesonally I'd have ditched the AA and shields, knock self-repair down to 1, and given it a huge stealth like 6+. To represent that they are infiltration vessels that are supposed to sneak in undetected, rather than front-line warships that can take a huge punishment.

Actually I don't remember them being stealthy at all in the show. Could be wrong though as I haven't gotten to the episode with lots of them... or is that one of the movies?

The shhadow rules say Ships cannot be boarded nor can they initiate boarding actions . They are completely immune to critical hits that affect crew , and have no crew or troop scores.

The soul hunter ship has crew 1 and troops 4

They are never targetted or shot at in any episodes. The first one turns up damaged, but I believe it is the othe Soul Hunters that inflicted that damage (could be wrong there though?). In ItB, there are a lot surrounding Dukhat's death, and the Sharlin doesn't appear to be even attempting to shoot them down.

cool, I will go through the disks and look. Wondered if we ever saw a scanner screen shot or had dialogue to that the effect of being able to scan.
