I noticed that the two feats ("Child of Jhebbal Sag" and "Craft New Life") have the exact same benefit. This seems strange to me, I wonder if this was intentional?

Do not believe it was intentional, try this instead

Benefit: You attempt to play God create the new life. This feat is used in accompaniment with the The Vats – Creating New Life, (see page 36).
