Something to tell the 2000AD folks

Although I had read some Slaine comics strips in my mate's 2000 AD progs back when I was younger, I hadn't read any in ages. Therefore, in anticipation of the Slaine RuneQuest RPG I purcahsed the following graphic novels:

Warrior's Dawn (bought brand new from Forbidden Planet)
Time Killer (bought brand new from Forbidden Planet)
Slaine the King (bought off eBay)
The Horned God (bought off eBay)
Warrior Beyond Time (bought off eBay)
Books of Invasions 1, 2 & 3 (bought brand new off Amazon)

All this and I haven't even got the Slaine RPG yet! I am also thinking about buying the Complete Progs line for Nemesis the Warlock and other 2000 AD strips.

I thought it might be worth letting the 2000 AD people know how sales of a licenced RPG are directly helping their sales.

If you want a recommendation, I would go for the Strontium Dog: Search/Destroy Agency files. There are currently 2 volumes and 1 more to come in Jan 2008. The second volume is my favourite, featuring 2 classic stories, "Outlaw" and "The Killing".

Awesome!

Thanks! BTW isn't Strontium Dog going to be produced as an RPG using Traveller as the system? I thought I read that at Mongoose Hall

Yes, I've read that too. I hope it's true as I've been pestering them for years about producing an SD game.

Actually, the third volume is out, too! Should be about five in total, I think.
