Slavelords for Sale

Hey guys, I know this is probably not the place to try and sell off gaming stuff but I took a recent suggestion here and purchased the d20 adventure "Slavelords of Cygonia" by BadAxe Games. After reviewing it, I find its completely out of sorts with my campaign so Im stuck with a $35 book here, brand new.

If anyone is interested Id be willing to sell it off $15 plus postage. Let me know at my email.

What do you feel is "out of sorts" about it? The campaign does require some tweaking to get it to run well in the Hyborian age. Maybe I can offer suggestions of what I did from my campaign (just started Book 3 a few sessions ago).

Whole alien race element is just not the direction my players would want to go. Its cool but not fitting our very low-key, almost historical, view of Hyboria.

Never heard of the book before, much less read it, but if it's about an Alien race, couldn't you just substitute that for a sufficiently foreign Hyborian-Age race?

No, not stupid at all. The Alien comment might give the wrong impression. The adventure includes the clash of two ancient alien cultures, very Lovecraftian in feel. Its not really out of question for a hyborian campaign, just not our group's kind of game.

Yes, the story does revolve around conflict between two ancient non-human cultures. If what you want is to explore the human nations of the hyborian age this isn't it. No ammount of "tweaking" is really going to change that.

Oh well, its too bad that it wasn't what you were looking for. Because degenerate snake-men vs. lovecraftian star spawn = pulpy goodness 8)
