Hi guys,
Just a quick note to explain what has been happening recently.
Over the past few months, we have experienced a huge demand for our products, and our and both our production and mail order departments have been fairly reeling under the strain. A Call to Arms second edition has proved to be massively popular, with a greater number sold than any other CTA release in the same period of time. Many of our recent book releases have also proved extremely popular - we predicted our printing facility would have to handle around 6,000 books per month, and we are now running at something over 8,000 a month.
The good news is that, in terms of books, the production and distribution issues have been resolved. Both mail orders and distributor orders are now leaving our facility in good time (usually within a week of ordering), and if you are waiting for a book, it is likely already on its way to you. The sheer demand for both Cthulhutech and Return to the Road of Kings has meant we have had to stagger their shipping but, as you might already have seen, orders have been leaving the facility every day and by next Tuesday, all orders should have left the building, as they say.
Now, we are reviewing our miniatures production and distribution. We are bringing more staff on board and the casters will be running on a 24 hour cycle as we aim to meet orders - the popularity of the CTA 2e books has knocked onto the miniatures themselves, and we have to admit, we just were not ready for their popularity. However, we are looking at all orders currently in the system to be sent within the next three weeks. After that, we will be running extremely tight deadlines so no order takes more than ten days to leave our miniatures facility, and we will be working on improving that in the New Year.
Apologies if you have been caught up in the delays, but they have our full attention, and we are working as quickly as we can to resolve them.
