Ship ideas?

My only fellow GM that is older then me is doing A 2nd Edition Version of Pirates Of Drinax, but using a modified version of the rules and has 4 quetions.

The 1st is that they got Hroals alleigance by agreeing to make him overlord of Asim, which would make him A Territory 14/Social Scale 12 major lord, but, in theory, he would still be answerable to Oleb and, if he lives that long, Rao. What skills and DM's should he have?

The 2nd is that they got Darokyn's official support after faking a assissnation on Oleb, Rao and Harrick and having Darokyn both foil it and, according to the official records, proving that Wax was framed and that Lady Hill was Psionically controlled and then guaranteed that The Imperium supported it by having him save The Dukes Niece, Krond and Ogley. What skills and DM's should he have?

The 3rd is that The Pcs have been given Cr 3,434,800,000 to have, at Tobia, a new Flagship build, for Drinax that must mass at least 2,200 tons and ideally masses at least 2,600 tons. Can you give some bare bones blueprints ideas?

The 4th is that the characters have, over 19.2 ingame years and 1.38 real years saved up around Cr 688,600,000 and want some bare bones ship blueprints for a ship masssing at least 1,200 tons. Any ideas and suggestions?

Note this is for 2nd edition. Were it 1st edition I would not be asking questions 3 and 4, but I would still easking questions 1 and 2

For both ships, what role do they want the ships to have? Space Combat? Trade? Troop transport? Stealth? Plantary bombardment? Etc...

One thing that could be cool is a Harrier battle tender. A ship with several docking clamps to hold harriers, a jump drive big enough to carry the total tonnage, fuel for a couple jumps and some repair facilities.

The ship jumps in with 4 (or however many) Harriers attached, they disconnect and go attack their target. Then they all jump out (the tender can jump sooner if needed), so they are all in and out in the space of a few combat rounds and booty recovery time.

EDIT: the main issue I see is getting this built at Tobia, the heart of the imperial navy of this sector. Not sure that they would be too keen on aiding and abetting pirates...
