A minor Gripe with shields.
We need something between a TL1, +2 to parry large shield, and a TL17 Grav shield Matthew Sprange
Quick Fix: Reduce Grav Shield to TL12-14, make it a +2?
As it stands, the TL17 shield is inferior to the TL1 shield... and with gravitic tech appearing at TL9, we definitely need something in OTU range.
In the previous CSC it was hand-shields...
