Seeking on a ship that has declared cloaking special action.

1. Can seeking such as plasma hit a ship that has declared cloaking but has not fully cloaked?

2. If you do hit with a seeking weapon such as plasma, do you roll the stealth mitigation for each attack dice of plasma, or do you roll the damage done from the plasma and roll to mitigate each hit of damage?
(example: I hit my sons cloaking KR9 with 16 attack dice of plasma. After rolling the dice I come up with 60points of damage does he try to stealth out of all 60 individually or just against the attack dice?)

The decision on this will change the coarse of our current game. And could make romulans very nasty to play against.

1: Transporters, Tractors and weapons with the Seeking trait cannot be used against a fully cloaked ship.
Note... fully cloaked... so yes, you can target a partially cloaked ship.

2: For every hit a ship with this trait takes, the owner rolls a dice. If the dice rolls equal to or greater than the Stealth score, all effects of the hit are completely ignored
It reads ... For every hit a ship takes... If you score 60 hits, then you get to roll the stealth save on all 60 of them.

thats what we thought as his KR9 vanished from dilithium crit overload. I just couldnt stop myself from rolling 3's on the crit chart.
