Oops, had my rates backwards. Nevermind, you seem to be getting the bad end if your tanks are 25 euro. That would make them $33ish US.

stupid math...
No fear, I've got the right idea 8)

But you're right.
I'm getting the tanks at 25 Euros (about 33 USD) and the units at 30 Euros (about 40 USD)... are these the right prices? I'm not sure...

All the «other» tanks (1:72 and 1:64) I've got under 20 and even 15 Euros, with a somewhat better finish and details: Price is definitely a issue here.

Yeah, I paid $25 US for vehicles and $30 US for troops. I got my FOV Abrams and Bradley for $8 each.

For some reason the FOV 1/72 scale stuff seem a little larger,

Scale creep.

Give manufacturers little bit of time and we soon have 1:72 models doubling in size

1:64 looks perfect!

Very nice pics, Dorb. I've decided to support my BFE models with Corgi 1/64. I've got three Bradleys, with a 4th on the way. With my tanks and several types of HMMWVs I should have a nice collection for some near-future battles. This might seem strange right now, but with the game giving the U.S. troops new APCs and the Shadow RST-V, it's possible that many of the vehicles that we have in theatre now will probably stay there. That either means many might be sold to Saudi Arabia and other "allies" in the area. For the "future" that is the MEA, who is to say that the U.S. forces won't be seeing any way-to-familiar vehicles in the hands of the "bad guys". I could foresee an MEA with a lot of mixed sources of equipment and vehicles, from China and a lot from Russia too. Then sure, toss in a bunch of "war-surplus" goodies from the close of the first decade of the 21st century and you'd have some strengthened Technicals "made in the U.S.A." I mean, we just can't let Japan sell all of the trucks, now can we? For more "conventional" games, I'll allow the U.S. to steal their stuff back, lol.

I feel this shows that the Moongoose tanks are little on the small side. I have 3 of the Corgi Tactical Strike Series Bradleys and some of their tanks on the way.
Does anyone have any of the infantry that they also make? They come in 6 packs. Been thinking of getting some to check out. They are supposed to be 1/64 to to match.

Check out the rest of the Tactical Strike Series:

the tacticle strike troops are a bit smaller than mongoose, not greatly, but the detail is definatly subpar compared to mgp ones.

I have a ton of them (like 24 packs) - I'll hook you up cheap when we get together to play 8)

Giddy up! 4/14/07 - plenty of pictures - Game On!

Evil, you are correct ...about head height on the HMMWV.

Failing that you could use them as National Guard units!
