I liked the scenario idea..same country, equal fleets..nice rogue admiral ( Red October) feel .

But, I don't make history, just read about it . . .

The equal fleets part was what I thought would be most interesting. How many games have we all played in which one ship or another made the difference. Here, it is really up to the player, as all other things are equal.
