Why no cards in this months S&P ???????????????????????

Seriously? We could not fit them in. Have a look at the size of the file this month - it's 'uge!

Could you make up for this by having the next issue be dedicated to nothing but new BF EVO unit cards? Or hell, why not just put them up on the BF EVO downloads section?

Matt, would you like BF:Evo submissions covering existing 1/72 kits? Things like the T-80 or T-72, or land rovers, or Scimitars etc?

Would the submission of entire new factions (ie mercenaries, Canadians and Australians) be something you would be interested in? Bear in mind I'm picking factions not likely to be officially added to the game in the next set of factions.

Would mongoose be interested in new settings for the BF:Evo rules, a bit like VAS is a new setting for ACTA? Such things would most likely be without a supporting miniature range due to the large number of 20mm/1/72 scale kits available in the scale.

Just asking as I happen to have some stuff lying around.

2nd that.

anything from MGP to show some signs of continued interest in the game and player base would be great.

Unfortunately TAG figures are out of scale and look freakish, huge heads and hands and completely different proportions, next to BFEvo figures.

Glad I'm not the only one who isn't a fan of TAG minis - I really prefer the Devil Dog Designs - if you can find them. But the don't mix any better with MG minis than the TAGs do.

Dadi & Piombo are a good fit.

Pics in a little bit..

Edit: I take it back the D&P guys are a bit bigger let me get some pics up anyway.

Edit again:
Left to Right TAG Somali, D&P Italian w/Helmet, BFE Marine, Copplestone Merc

Go over to www.evocommand.com in the Beyond the Call of Duty section. You will find all kinds of vehicles for proxy. Just look at any of dsfrank's topics.

As for troops I'll say it again. MP models measure up well with what is called true 25mm. Presently the only modern range of figures that match up with them are the Kriegspiel line by Eureka miniatures. All other ranges will be larger. The next in line most likely will be Mongrel Miniatures. They measure 26.5 on the barret scale.

I suggest Kriegspiel the line of minis are sweet. Plus over at the evo site we have been talking about making a poll to see what figures the community would like next. Presently there are a few gaps in the MP line since they put on hold future releases.

1. USMC weapons section. (AT weapons)
2. EFTF weapons section. (AT weapons)
3. USMC command (this can be handle with the US pack from Eureka)
4. Snipers for all PLA, MEA, USMC.

The Kreigspiel line has multiple poses in a pack, and the genaric enemies packs (4 of them) along with the Insurgents packs has enough different types of models to use for just about all 3rd world, Russian, PLA, and MEA needs.

The reason for the poll is that Eureka will make new figures if they get enough request thru thier 100 and 300 clubs. These figures really do match up well with MP. I know I ordered a boatload of them, and will have my government MEA up and painted in the near future.
