S&P 75: Dredd Encounters

These are very nice, characterful encounters and I intend to make good use of them... but there's one error, in Day of the Frog:

Umpty's even more illegal than sugar, so any players who knew the strip better than their GM might turn it into a whole other encounter..

Perhaps best to change Coogan's Umpty Store to Coogan's Synthi-Kandy Store, or Coogan's House of Plankton Treats, or simliar.

Hi Ned, thanks for your comments but the umpty reference is not a mistake.

You are confusing regular umpty with one specific brand/recipe (the illegal stuff).

Umpty is a type of candy (sans sugar).

It is Uncle Umps Umpty Candy which is illegal. Not all umpty.

For Reference:
In the Complete Case Files No. 5 it is clearly stated that only one brand is addictive and therefore banned. This is the initial (definitive) story on Umpty Bagging and umpty candy. Most of the time Dredd strips when refering to umpty are referring to Uncle Umps, admittedly, but Uncle Umps is not all umpty (the reason for the this is simply there is not much reason to feature the legal stuff since Judges will not be arresting people over it).
