Rules for some classes of British Destroyers

Can anyone please tell me if there are rules anywhere for the following classes of british destroyers:

C, Q, R, S, T, U, V

Loch Class Frigate

This is for a friend of mine that has a Royal Navy fleet

They have all been statted up. I sent them in for publication in S&P, but I can't recall whether they've been published yet.

I downloaded all magazines, but recall only finding the V/W class.

Found SP59 with most of the destroyers - still can't find the Q, R, S, T and U classes

Still missing, along with some for some japanese Destroyers.

Quite some time since anything for VaS got released in S&P.

They formed part of the "War Emergency" programme. Stats on page 47 of S&P 59.

The Loch class Frigate is on page 49 of OOB.

Having said that, I'm going through past S&P articles and found the Loch class at the end of the Wolfpack article (S&P #57 p. 29). Having examined the several errata documents, both official and otherwise, I cannot resolve a discrepancy. The Loch class has a Turn of 3 and a crew of 5/2 in the article and it has a Turn of 2 and a crew of 5/1 in OOB. Neither of these stats is addressed in the errata.

Which one is official, Order of Battle or S&P #57?
