RQ 2/3 Conversion

I am currently working on a quick set of unofficial conversion rules to allow Players to convert "Classic" stuff to MRQ and was generally wondering how much interest there would be in me posting it when done. It's reached a bit of an impasse at the moment until Cults 2 is delivered and I can sort out the Spiritss & stuff.

It's not turning out to be half as hard as I expected although a fair amount of hammering at Rune Magic is neccesary, still tussling with that one. Iwill probably give Characters a number of runes based on character "levels" from the companion. Of course the PGG may resolve that. I don't want to lose Runecasting, because, to be honest I like the idea. Nor do I want to be overly generous and outclass the MRQ built PCs. Divine Magic could be a bit of a bugger, time will tell. Sorcerors are dead easy apart from familiars, because even though the system is a complete rewrite the stats are almost the same.

I wouldn't recommend putting anyone's treasured PC through it 'cos it will all end in tears, but it should hopefully allow new MRQ characters to kick around the 3rd Age. Will also have to do some unofficial MRQ stylee cult write ups for the Loonies.

Any input will be gladly accepted.
 
How do third age cults stand?
Are Mongoose prevented from printing them?
Would be cool to get the long cult write ups for Pavis, 7 Mothers etc.
 
Funnily enough I was looking at doing the same thing, as I'm going to be putting my players through Borderlands using (a modified version of ) MRQ.

So, being as lazy as I am, I'll let you do it instead :D

I'd definitely be interested in seeing what you come up with
