Redownloading a purchased pdf?

Hey.

I bought the hardcopy core rule 2022 update back in Feb 2022 (original cover) and have the complimentary .pdf from that purchase, but I am wanting to download it again, with any later errata, onto another computer (at work).

There does not seem to be any option to manage this - I can select my old order in my account, but it wants to charge me for a new purchase, and there is no entry under "My Downloads". The .pdfs I bought through DrivethruRPG can be re-downloaded from them regardless of having done so before.

How do I get a fresh download of a .pdf I have purchased?

It shows up in my Downloads section, so probably just a glitch. No doubt the Mongeese will fix it once it's working hours in Blighty.

It's not impossible that my work security might be blocking it, now that I think about it. It lets me log in and has no problem with many sites, but only gives partial access to others. Guess I should test things out at home tonight.

No worries. I have confirmed it was just work blocking the download section. Worked a treat at home, all downloads done!
(Edit) and a small followup... work is once again letting me download. Oy.
