Recreating the Flying Sword from the Robot Handbook

I wanted to create a variant for the Flying Sword in the Robot Handbook (page 133) so I entered the basic data into the Robot Design Worksheet I got off this forum and ran into a hiccup. Everything lines up except for the slots used.

I put 0 into the two base manipulators because it has none and recovered those two slots, and even so, it claims I'm two slots short.

Chassis Size 1: +1
Armor +3: -1
Base One Manipulator 0: +1
Base Two Manipulator 0: +1
Stealth (improved): -2
Fire Control System (improved): -1
Weapons Mount (small): -1

How did the original get made two slots short? Or, more likely, what did I screw up?

All of the other stats look correct, even the price, so I'm at a loss. I'm attaching the spreadsheet and if someone can point out what obvious error I'm blundering into, I would appreciate it.

The sword doesn't have Stealth - in fact it has reflect armour, so it's basically anti-stealth.

Do you have the voder make lightsaber noises when it is in action? I had player create one with a robot brain that played panther sounds when it was hunting (as a means of distraction and to strike fear)…
