Quick rule question - infiltrator/lone vigilante

So how does this work - the vigilante has infiltrator and there are no other members of his force.

So other than being out of sight of the enemy are there any restrictions on where he starts? It would make sense to extend his deployment area/edge by 15 inches to my mind.

A requirement of Infiltrator is that you must place the model within 15" of another member of the force, so unless they add a special exception or you houserule it (which seems a valid approach to me) you would be unable to place an Infiltrating model if there are no other models placed (Though I find you very often get mercenaries with a Lone Vigilante, so hopefully shouldn't be a problem.)
