The Fire Zone is a 6 in radius now you have your normal guns and then a rocket launcher and say a tank and troops are in the zone do you fire the rocket launcher seprately at the tankand the rest at the troops or is it completly random where the rocket gose.

what size buildings are used for the game and where do you get some.

The standard rules (the rule sheet available on this site, or in each figure box) has all models in the unit shooting at the same fire zone. Then, the highest result is allocated to the nearest unit in the fire zone to the firing unit. The advanced rulebook has an option to allow units to split their fire.
If you're looking for pre-painted terrain, you might try "Plasticville" model railroad terrain.

also some weapons allow you to ignor normal fire selection and be targeted at say size 3+ targets for example so in that case your RPG or whatever could fire into the fire zone but dedicate ts shot at the tank bypassing normal rules.

hope that makes some sence.

sure some one cn exsplain it better than me :D

As Mr E says, if you read the rules for most of the infantry anti-tank weapons, and for all tank guns, and some other vehicle mounted weapons they tend to have rules that allow them to specificaly target vehicles above a certain size

If a model of Size 2 or greater is within the Fire Zone, you may opt to roll this weapon’s Damage Dice against that model, rather than allocate normally

The quote is from the PLA infantry card and the special rules for the PF-89, but almost all RPG or main guns have this rule (apart from the MEA RPG as far as I am aware).

We play that when shooting these weapons you have to declare before rolling the dice if you are trying to hit a model of a certain size, and if you fail the shot is wasted. It doesn't get put back into the pool for allocation to other targets.

yeah that helps thanks yeah plativille but are the buildings 15mm or 28mm like on the www.thewarstore.com they have some nice buildings already painted and some are from flames of war and other games are they about the right size the railroad buildings look funky.
