Mongoose
When you have a ship that has say 2 flights of a type of fighter, does that mean that you have to use space in your flight to add the fighters or does the ship come with the fighters?

For Psi Corp - the Shadow Omega says that its craft are Thunderbolts, but thunderbolts are not listed as psi corp ships - does this somehow count toward the 2 points of EA that Psi Corp can take? Also, could I take different fighters than those listed with the ship? so could I take Black Omega starfuries instead of the Thunderbolts?

For the anti fighter ability - say Anti fighter 5, does that mean after everyone moves their ships and fighters that they get 5 total dice against all fighters as a whole? or does it mean that they get to roll 5 dice against each fighter flight?

Fighters included with ships count as part of the points for the ship and do not count towards the fleet total. They can only be swapped in certain circumstances - see the front of your Fleet Entry for more rules.

1 die/ flight, or allocate as you see fit (ie. 3 dice on one flight, 1 dice on another and the final dice on another flight).

Hope this helps.

Thanks! - that was really confusing for me

BTW when you buy a ship that has fighters on it does the ship come with the fighters or do you need to buy them seperately?

No need to buy them separately, when you buy a ship it includes its full complement of fighters for free.

He got that answer already.
I think he's looking at the models themselves...

In which case, Yes. Go buy them separately in almost all cases...

The Shadow Omega box set only contains the Shadow Omega itself, you need a Thunderbolt blister to provide the four flights it carries.

That's an idea for Mongoose's marketing folks - put the fighter complement in the big ship box sets like the Octurion, Shadow Omega, etc. A nice selling point to get the complete unit in one go.

Worked a treat for the Poseidon, should work nicely for other vessels too. Then again, that assumes that LBH has not been raiding Mongoose Towers for more fighters recently.
