dose any one know if thier is plans to expaned the psionic speacials ?

Determining Specific Special Ability
If a character possesses Psionic Strength rating of 9+ at the time of psionic examination, the referee will secretly roll to determine the character's potential special ability. The referee may inform the player that his character has the potential for a special ability, Once the character has found an institute capable of teaching a special ability, To determine the ability that a particular character is capable of roll on the special ability Table, as with the psionic talents.

I have started wrting up descriptions for each of these very uniqe abilities
any better suggestions ?
is is psionics a area that most players do not want expanded on?

I am interested in this; I've made some psionic powers of my own in the past (usually powers under Telepathy such as Stun and Pain) and I'm interested in your as well.

If Temporal Dilation is what I think it is then it is quite problematic; time is a messy thing to tinker with in a game.

What would make astral projection different from Clairvoyance/Clairaudiance combined? Or do you intend to add a Shadowrun-type Astral Space alternate dimension to project into?

Possession is something I like whether it mean mind-control or transferring your consciousness into another's mind. But shouldn't it be a Telepathy power?

Invisibility is cool, as it works by "convincing" another person's mind that you aren't there - shouldn't it be a Telepathy power?

Hallucinations and Psychic Hypnotic Suggestion are very, very cool, but should be Telepathy powers IMHO - both affect people's thoughts.

And is Psychic Parasite a psi-critter (which I'd really, really like to see!), or the ability to "transplant" a "mental bug" into someone allowing you to spy on his thoughts and/or pre-program him for certain actions?

Astral projection
Astral projection is the Talent of the conscience projection into a symbolic mental interpretations of time and space, thus instead of view actual real time and place the Psionic views a symbolic image of motivation or intention of a person or place. Such as viewing a person in another room as a wolf, due to their predatory motives toward the player character, or Viewing a Tank out side the city as a tiger crouching and waiting to attack the city wall, witch in and of its self might be repersenitive of a group of children due to the orphanage next to the wall. The astral self is more like reading surface thought of targets or the impressions of a weapons owner when they held it, if a knife had been used to kill some one the knife might appear if it still had blood on it.
In Astral form a umbilical cord is attached to the character and this is their connection to the real body or physical body. This can be damaged by hostile symbolic or elemental avatars. These avatars are the astral personification of intent toward a character, such an enemy who hate the character so much that their animosity is viewed as a pack of dogs, that attack the character with in range of the enemy. If the character is harmed in the astral form they can be hurt in the physical farm as well.

Ethereal Projection is more of a projection of conscience toward real time and space events and places. Here the real world is seen but the character is not physically present only their conscience view is present, this is similar to Clairvoyance but both sound and sight are included. The disadvantage is the mind is present and can be felt by a Telepath with detect thought and thus can be assaulted or read, as if the range is more with in the range of the telepath. The range of the Ethereal projection is that of a Telepath. The ethereal Projections mind is present allowing them execute mental talents in their new locations such as telekinesis or even to read a paper or to look into pockets or containers.
 
I figured Astral Projection was Clairvoyance/Clairaudience on Steroids.

Astral Projection allows you to actually project your consciousness out of your body. With this ability, you would be able to use other PSI abilities AT THE REMOTE LOCATION.

For example, with Clairavoyance, I can see into the room across the street. With Astral Projection, I could also read the thoughts of those in the rooms and use telekinesis to manipulate objects in that room. All of those effects would only have to pay for the Range as if I was standing in the room, not across the street.

Just my take, trying not to make it too mystical.
 
The Droyne have a wider range of special abilites. You could borrow some of them from an older version of the game?

Invisibility, Boost, Forgetfullness, Train, Homing, Link, Inward Eye, Rejuvenation, ect.
 
Heal Others: Minor healing, moderate healing, major healing.
Cure Disease.
Project Electricity: shock, burn, fry.
