Pre-made ship cards with images

I have seen a pregenerated stat card for the Scharnhorst class but can't seem to find it. It had am image of the ship as well as stats. Does anyone know what I am referring to? Does anyone have anything like this?

What do you mean the Page layout?

Not so much layout as actual graphics. All the font was the same. The image of the Scharnhorst looked like the ship images they have around the borders of each page. I liked the look of them but can't remember where I saw them.
