Please identify this armor/robot

That looks like the Terminator armour worn by elite Space Marines in Warhammer 40K.

EDIT. Damn, must of typed that in simultaneously with the above post.

It's one of the human sized suits a special effects company made up for the live action vids they showed at UK Games Days in the mid nighties and/or for some of the computer games of that time.

Yes it is a Space Wolf Terminator Suit, otherwies known as Tactical Dreadnought Armour.

Cheers

it be a space marine tactical in dreadnaught armour, or terminator for those that dont know

Space marine in Tactical Dreadnaught armour. Called tactical dreadnaught armour for its compact size allowing it to be used in corridor fighting, unlike the more mobile and weaker suits of normal tactical armour.

Thanks, Hegemon and Rob!

I will go to Mongoose's site and looks for that marine. I remember that robot(?) from the Fifth Element and knew it wasn't it. I just couldn't remember if there were any others.

I'm afraid you won't find it on mongoose's site. Its from Warhammer 40,000, a Games Workshop product.

I don't like them much.
SST Exos (especially the Grizzlys) look much better.
Yeah, agree. But to be fair they were based on the original 'guy-in-awesome-armour-with-awesome-kit' which WH copied and developed....
