Players Guide to Hyboria...vanished!

Just noticed that the Players Guide to Hyboria has vanished from the products page. :?

Can anyone at Mongoose advise as to when this will be available? And will this be available through local and online stores or just through Mongoose (I haven't found RttRoK available anywhere in the UK other than Mongoose's own online store)?
