anyone watch this series? really quite good and worth getting, only £15 on amazon too.
although its funny watching american advances, they would be all cut down in one burst of automatic fire.

I enjoyed the series alot. In fact I own the season (i guess the series) on DVD. I wish it didnt get cancelled considering shows like Dirt suck hard. Oh well, FX is awesome. Iam waiting for season 6 of the shield

I tried to watch it but they kept moving its timeslot around so I never new when it was on. The few episodes I saw I really liked. I think the reason it didn't do too well is because it struck too close to home for a lot of people. I know three guys over there, two are still alive, and I don't belong to a 'military' family.

FANTASTIC show, I have to pick up the DVDs of it. It became a regualr thing to watch on my SST nights in a friend's house.

Just watched Jarhead and I have to admit that it was not one of the best movies I have seen and definitely not best war movie. But on the other hand there is only so much time you can allocate to a movie that is based on a book...

Jarhead sucked. Like The Thin Red Line set in modern times, and much more vulgar. Over There was okay. I liked it, but with my work schedule and the constant changing of time slots I lost track of it.

for bradly we just use warrior stats for the moment.

Except that the Bradely has a slightly greater anti-armour capability than Warrior does.
