Order Status - On Hold

Just curious as to what On Hold means againts an order. I orderd the Element box set a while back and it now shows as On Hold.

Sorry about that, we had a couple of issues with the web site over the weekend. Everything seems to be working now, however.

If you place a new order (nothing has been charged to you as yet) you should be good to go!
