I will try them out, but I strongly suspect that the Armageddon- level ships, of every race, are going to turn out to be white elephants in practise- none of them good enough to take on the numbers of enemy they're likely to face.
I can easily see myself sticking with the SFoS stats and levels for at least these ships- probably will, in fact.
On those grounds, Warlock every time, even with the boost to the basic Omega.

Especially Armageddon lvl ships won't be able to deal with smaller vessels worth their PL. But I think that it will be corrected when the second edition wil come out. And I hope that is in the near future :?considering we only just got armageddon i hope 2nd edition isnt in the too near future.
and when you look at the firepower on alot of the armageddon ships they will be able to tear up smaller ships with easy, altho 24 patrol ships or whatever you get may be a problem.
the main problem is the way people see the game, i like my fleets led by a big flgaship with some supporting battleships then maybe a few skirmish, patrol ships patrolling the edges, this is how i see a fluffy fleet being built. unfortunately alot of people go for the winning fleet more with hordes of smaller ships so the prides of the fleets never get seen that much.

I voted Command Omega because it is an Omega.
I LOVE Omegas.
I have converted one with a Poseidon´s grav section, and it looks cool.
YES, it will be blown to Bits against any other War ship, but I´m not the kind of person who takes that personally (read: I have lost so many games in so many different game-systems that I stopped letting that get into the way of having fun just playing the game).
