OGL Wid West v Sidewinder

Has anyone seen the pdf preview of the game Sidewinder from Dog House Rules/Green Ronin.

It's looking pretty similar to OGL Wild West game. (I was involved in playtesting Wild West). Is this going to be a problem for Mongoose? Sidewinder should be available next week, about the same sort of time as OGL WW.

Perhaps some compatability would make it possible to produce dual format supplements.

Has anyone from Mongoose seen the Sidewinder game and want to offer a comment on compatability?

Well if it helps Kiln Publications is in pre production for an American Civil War supplement for OGL Wild West.

Sidewinder was out a long long time ago as a PDF and I think then made it into book from (from Citizen games). Then it was revised for d20 Modern and made as a PDF, and will finally be out again in print.
