OGL Rulebook Compatibility

Apologies if this question has been asked before but I'm a bit busy at the moment and don't have the time to do a proper search of the site.

What I'm asking is how compatible are the OGL Horror and Cybernet rulebooks? I've been thinking about resurrecting an old cyberpunk horror campaign from years gone by and I'm thinking of using the OGL games for this. Could I easily mix and match elements from the two rulebooks to make the game I want?

Thanks for the reply, Redlaco. I'll check out that copy of S&P and see if it has the information I need. I don't plan to buy the OGL books for a few months so I can wait until that issue of S&P is out.
