The dice gods love me. Unfortunately they seem to love my opponents too. I've noticed games I'm in tend to have lots of high rolls. And not just ACTA. D&D, Monopoly, whatever else. You'll see lots of 4-6 on the d6s and lots of 15-20 on the d20. :lol: As a result things tend to be rather bloody.

What's all this crap about 1AD for the Sho'Kos - In the new rules book the Sho'Kos has 2AD of beam - Sorry guys, you'll just have to redo all your maths!!

So are you sure the Corvan's got 3AD? The layout pdf only had 2AD?

The Maximus now does what a Defense Frigate should do. The Guardian Array capability is very useful and very cool. It's just the direct combat hull it was. If you need a direct combat hull, and are looking for something other than a Vorchan or Demos (or even the newly capable Mograth!) I dont' know what else to tell ya. The Vorchan is a vile piece of military hardware with obscene amounts of DD weaponry at Skirmish level -- the Dilgar wish that any of their skirmish ships had guns like that!

It is slightly slower.

Its guns have less AD, but they go to double damage and have almost twice the range.

It is also Agile, has better AF capability, Escort, more interceptors, and Guardian Array capability.

I'll disagree with you on that one.
