New Printing and Layout for Runequest\Elric\Hawkmoon?

I thought I had read somewhere (RPGnet?) that now Mongoose has a proper layout guy (Judge Dredd, etc) that they would be doing a new printing (not edition) of the Runequest/Elric/Hawkmoon books in order to update the layout and design (get rid of the grey backgrounds!). But I can't find anything here to that effect. Is it true? Or did I imagine it? Reason I'd like to know is I'm planning on buying the Elric books but if they are coming out with a new and improved design I'd rather wait...

It will be quite some time before we do anything like this with Elric.

Thanks for the swift reply...I've already ordered the Elric core book and companion.

I'm also interested in Hawkmoon...so any plans to update that line anytime soon? I'd hate to buy the core Hawkmoon book only for an updated version to come out a couple of months later...and now with Runequest II being mentioned I'd like to make sure. Cheers.

Just got the Hawkmoon core book and Gran Bretan from an online shop...but the bindings are tight and the covers are slightly warped on both! In fact, on the core rulebook there are tears along the inside where the paper joins the cover. I had similar problems with some Conan books way back when but thought this had all been sorted...unless these are really old copies.

Anyway, I just want to know should I get in touch with the shop in order to return them...or someone here?

The good news is I also got the Elric core book with Magic of the Young Kingdoms from the same shop. No problems here...I guess because they're paperback...nice job.
