My Blind Spot - Supplement 9?

Have I found data that my brain cannot process? I see Supplement 8: Cybernetics, and the furthcoming Supplement 10: Merchants and Cruisers.

Whatever happened to Supplement 9?

I seem to have a blind spot here, or did somebody decide that Supplement 9: the Hiver Lingerie Catalogue might not sell as well as projected and quietly take it off the list?

Oh, and here I thought Supplements were just based on a radix 9 numbering system to differentiate themselves from the Books.
