:D phew and many thanks to my gf for the help she has given me :D

man the RAID sprays!!
Jesus, that's one impressive swarm. and the speed+quality is really inhuman, in the positive sense

Ha, that pic makes me think if the arachnids set overseers to king and queen types (crawling queen, flying king) If you set those two up together in a special way, you can get a funny looking pic out of it. Really nice job! I love it! :D

Cheers guys, and less than a weeks work !!!! 5 days to be exact.

they could have been finished today but i decided to put the flying overlord on a bigger base. so decided to aint both bases together and leave it to dry longer so as not to mess them up by rushing them.

realy chuffed on how they look.

Nice.

Hrm...I wonder how an all-WASP trooper army would fare against it. (Yesh, that would be fun...:))

Heh, Mr Evil could refight the Battle of Britain.

Here you go, chaps. Don't ask me why I did this because even I don't know

I'd say it calls for some planning over a pint or two. Where's a good pub in Swindon?

I'm glad that you were entertained  . Well it could have been worse, you could have been watching Michael Cain saying goodbye to his Black Lab and climbing into his Spitfire for the last time. Now that would have been really scary!

damn you

hmmmmmmmmm new project ahoy maybe ?

have to have some sprites in support of thw wasps though :D

Yeah, Sprites would be good, but you have to deploy them from the Firth of Forth, ok? Don't forget to mix in a few TAC fighters, also.

Just had a weird thought. Run a game in which you have to play over the water (get out your blue Victory at Sea blanket and toss it over the table). That way there is no landing and you can use your Sprites. Since the MI would be defending, I wonder if you could jury-rig a hovering Reliant Platform by having a Viking loiter with it's cargo doors dropped and a gun crew firing out the front  ?

Actually strictly by the book I don't think that would not work. The overseer, Sprites and WASPs are all hover move rather than flying so I believe that technically they are supposed to land at the end of their move. I suppose you could just stretch things a little and say that they are able to stay in the air at the end of their move, just hovering in the air.

Either that, or place some very small pinnacles on the table so they could "island hop"? I was just thinking it would be a rather different scenario to try. If you abandon the English Channel idea, you could just call it Hydora.

Impressive, very impressive.
Nice looking army, assembled and painted in a just inhuman speed.
Do you work or sleep at all? ;)
