so is it possable for me to paint a 2k bug army in time ? :?:

ok state of play as of today is this:

pretty daunting realy , i got the first overlord a week or so ago and built and undercoat it, but decided to wait and paint the entire lot as one force !!!

system for painting ? god knows !!!!! ive gota build them first..........

ok il update as progress goese on to different stages.

Can it be done ? we shall see :?

Well, you've got a great technique of you get that lot built and painted in time. From what I've seen on these forums you get a very good result - much better than I achieve. But at least you've got those Skinnies and MI to fall back on.

Incidentally, you were going to fight one against t'other - how did it go ??

that game never happened, sofar ive only tested the russians out and they did well every game last year. so if i use skinies it will be the first contact with enemy they get !!!!!!!!

I really suggest venerables, they are amazing. Especially if theyre all champions with harmoinic shields and independent.
I have the rest of my MI force now if I want to fall back onto it (eep). I have to get THAT finished for demoing :lol: .

ok i watched the hydra campain this morning for some idas on painting them, there a sorta weird unkown colour in the series !!!!!!! eeekkkk....

now im more confused than ever on how to paint them !!!

I'd say catachan green drybrushed kommando Khaki. Or graveyard earth. Something along those lines.

ok lookin at list and watchin dvd, what about a nest entrance for the swarm ?

question is i can enter reserves via the nest so do i need not to buy tunneling markers ?

if so i can then do a project to build a nestentrance befiting these awsome beasts.
