Mongoose Store questions

Just a couple of questions I've got after looking through the Mongoose Store. First off, why is there a shipping charge for ordering the Pirates of Drynax pdf? I realize the parts can be downloaded free individually but why the shipping charge of the compiled pdf? Also what is the difference in the Secret of the Ancients books on DrivethruRpg and the Mongoose Store? It's free from Mongoose but $23.99 from DrivethruRpg. Why the price difference? Both are listed as being 202 pages.

If you don't want to answer the question just say so. I'd rather you just do that than these evasive non answers. It's like you are one of those guys who lives on forums and just makes replies just to pad your post count. I won't bother asking again.
