Moloq and those that Follow Him

I'm working up some campaign material on the Border Kingdom and I've come across the Brythunian city of Erdiu and the cult of Moloq. I've never read the story "The Voice of Moloq" and I'm not likely to get ahold of it, so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this god and those that follow him for me.

If I remember right, that city came from Conan the Barbarian #263 and is just an adaptation of the REH story, "The Voice of El-Lil". He is a horned god and is worshipped via a golden gong which is said to be his voice. If you can find the short story by REH, just substitute Moloq for El-Lil and you will have it.
