Right, went upto basingtoke yesterday and found a very nice model shop called model world, anyway long story short, bourght myself a box of US infantry, German KRK, two dragon armour Humvee's(need modding as they got a weird speaker box on thop, they only had the psi-ops version in) and a forces of valour 23rd US Army infantry set, 5 figs and some batt;efeild accessories, plus when i got home this morning i had a box of US army with desert equipment waiting for me, still waiting for the chally and infantry to come.

however, I will be starting my US Army guys, in the next day or two, Matt there will definatly be a USArmy list right, or should i just have these guys as marines?

Yes there will be a US Army, as far as i know (but i don't know much)

After the flak we got in the original game from US Army guys, there will certainly be one in Modern Combat!

My challenger and british infantry arrived yesterday, gunna finish my US army first then on with the Brits, then I'll do my german KRK.

ah well.

ive made a good start collecting russians (i hope) im getting a 99p 1/72 Mi Mil HIND and ive sourced out a KA-60 kamov 'Kasatka'. also i can get a T-90 for a tenner no problem.

now for the catch. the troops
ive spent the best part of yesterday going through all the manufacturers looking for modern russian troops and there is only 1 box. there are 2 close in the cold war but 1 of them looks pansy and the other one is comprised of useless poses.

although again the models and poses are nice... they look to0 WW2 ish. or at least an awkward inbetween from WW2 and modern (which the warsaw pact is i know but im having to expand my search here.)
