Miniatures...

So, I just picked up the Battlefield Evotution advanced rulebook, after trying out the basic rules, and I'm pretty excited. The cost of the mini's is not exciting at all though, and I my local game store will let me play with any mini's that are: (1) roughly the same size and (2) accurate depictions of the units.

So, my first question is, about how tall (inches/cm) is the average BE soldier from Mongoose? I'm trying to match them with plastic army men..

Secondly, if you don't use BE figures, what do you use? Someone mentioned Revell figures, but I think they are quite large...I've seen several interesting figures avialable at my local Wal-Mart, but I want to make sure they'll match the size of BE figures.

Thanks!

Really Neechee use what you like most of us do in form or another. The only thing to be worried about is if you want to enter a Mongoose Sanctioned Tournament. In which case their figures are required and who can blame them?

Enjoy and, Welcome Aboard!

Also try out http://www.evocommand.com we love the game and are somewhat less than 'official'

If you do come over tell Paladin that Captain_Nemo sent you it gets me credit towards a ribbon:)

And one last thing for those of you who are reading this and fancy yourselves writers evocommand has a BF:Evo fiction contest going on right now. It ends 1 August 2007
