Minbari Valen-class cruiser - ideas? (Lost Tales spoilers)

I have an idea how to contruct a Valen Class space ship. I think a powerful stealth and fast charging jump engines would definatly be part of it. The main reason I would think there would be powerful weapons on it as well if Sheridan was never one to back down from a fight and would always jump into a dangerous situation with or without support, I would think the Minbari would have designed the ship with that in mind. You dont want your president jumping into a dangerous situation by himself without any weapons to back him up.

Well, on top of the fact that it should have the latest in Minbar's technology, so definately the best stealth suite the Minbari could invent, on top of Quantum drive technology, poly-chrystalline armor, it should have the best weapons the Minbari have as well. At no point in time was it just referred to as a Presidential Cruiser. Yes, it was Sheridan's transport, but when Vintari referred to the ship he referred to it as "The new Valen-Class Cruiser" which implies that its not unique, and probably not a push-over for the Centauri Prince Regent to be so enthused by it.
