Just a quick heads up, we now have Merchants & Cruisers in stock, and pre-orders will be going out tomorrow!

I've always wanted to get a group of gamers together to hit a con, but now days people claim poverty or they don't want to share a room or they will go but not in their car or...Somebody said:I remember going to Spiel in Essen, Nordcon or FeenCon with 4 guys using a "weekend ticket" (1) just to "buy stuff" that was not availabel in rural Westfalia, driving up to 500km one way. Today the guys have cars of their own and the big "group travels" are no more

Ahh for the good old days.
Um.. 250 lbs here (220 is 100 kg) snore (use a CPAP breathing machine) etc.. But I've been deployed for weeks at a time and lived in a tent with 9 other people so how much worse can the snoring be? *wink*Somebody said:Not sharing a room OTOH I can understand. I am snoring. No, let me rephrase that: I am sounding like a crazy Woodcutter and his chainsaw running amol (amok) AND I am almost impossible to wake up. On one occassion the physically carried me out of the gym we used for sleeping. And I come in well above 100kg...

Maybe we should room together in the party wing of some con, see if we can drown out the loud parties!! :lol:Somebody said:According to my collegues I sound like a cross-breed between Chewie and Darth Vader. I also use a CPAP these days but did not back then. And unlike many people that at least temporary stop snoring if shaken etc. I once ended up with a cracked rib due to my deep sleep. Granted, the guy kicking me did it in good intent (The tent was burning) but it took a few tries (shaking, hitting, kicking) to get me awake so "shake to stop" does NOT work.
