Trying to build a force and am getting confused. Rulebook states:
“Unless otherwise stated, every model in your force listed as a Hero starts at Level 1.
You must immediately add +1 to two of the following for the Hero; Move, Agility, Shoot, Melee, Melee Dice and Will.
If you are upgrading a Minion to a Level 1 Hero, you must also add +1 Hits.
You must then give it two Talents.”
Does this mean that I only add 2 talents if I am upgrading a minion, or do I also add 2 talents to the hero?
Example: if I buy the standard psi judge at 175 credits, I could increase the agility & shoot by +1 each, then add Ectoplasmic Shield and Danger Sense as psi powers (2 Talents)?
If I buy a Street Judge at 150 Credits, I could increase the Agility and shoot by +1 each, and add 2 talents to his existing talents?
If I only add talents to the upgraded minion, what powers does the Psi Judge start with?
Incidentally, how much of the various ammo's does the lawgiver have?
