Lone Wolf wiki has been created, spread the word!

:D My name is Mike, and I have created a Lone Wolf wiki. Many of you may be familiar with the now extensive Lone Wolf coverage at wikipedia, but in truth most of it doesn't really belong there, it belongs somewhere where we can flesh out the entire Lone Wolf world, so I have created a wiki at wikia.com. After two days, we have over 134 articles, so let all the fans know, especially now that we are getting all the games republished and getting some video games, this is a great time to expand our Lone Wolf universe.

Here is the link http://lonewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

Feel free to contribute, or just enjoy it.

Any thoughts? For Sommerlund, and the Kai!

Hey Judge! That's great!

We do have a LW Wiki over at Tower of the Sun, except that it is currently closed due to a recent hack of our site.

We have cleared 300 articles, we have a cool old-school logo that was just created, we have a featured article, and are creating articles on the new editions of the books! Come and join if you haven't already!!! After this total rebirth of Lone Wolf, this wiki is going to be huge.

Too bad the TotSwiki is gone (security hole, website was hacked). As soon as I can get a hand on the content, I will merge them, because I contributed a LOT on it and there are some very interesting tidbit (:shameless plug:)

Yeah... but our TotS Wiki contains a lot of fanfic stuff. I doubt that you will want to merge TotS stuff with Judge's Wiki since you will be putting fanfic with canon and people might get confuse.

At TotS, our ressource for the canon stuff is the Manual of the Kai, with 870+ entries so far, picked from the gamebooks, novels, official RPG stuff from Mongoose, and other sources (like the Newsletters).

But why not merge the two? As long as we have the canon policy line from the TotS wiki at the top of each article, users can distinguish between what is canon and what is fan-fic. Such a system works on the Star Wars wiki, Wookiepedia. No reason why it wouldnt work for us either.

:D

Hate to say this... But the Wikis are currently more or less dead in terms of content and new material ... and active editors.

In order for the Wiki to really become something I would say you need some 20 edits per week, during the building phase.

In the mean time, you can submit entries for the Manual of the Kai in the Library section of the TotS forums. You'll get a medal if you submit an entry that doesn't already exists...

I plan on reviving some part of it once we will have published our new Loup Solitaire book.

Have we lost the wiki hosted on tots aswell or was it separate?

It was functional while the forums were down, so there is hope it's all right. I guess only time will tell if it has survived.
