They did however mix up the photos for the thoughtforce (gumdrop looking ancient ship) and the Kirishiac lord ship (the one with all the toothpicks sticking out of it!)

I don't know why but you definitely do get two Liandras per blister or a single Nolo'Tar per blister.

the latter ship is out of proportion should of been the size of the Liandra

That's just stupid and wrong. Really. It's "unique"! for cryin' out loud.

I watched Legend of the Rangers yesterday and both ships look like it, so I'm going to say the Nolotar is the smaller and the huge hunk of flat metal is the Unique Skirmish Liandra - HA! so there!

Well I watched LotR recently as well, and the Liandra wing shape in the movie is definitley more like the smaller Liandra model than it is the Nolo'Tar model. If you produced them both to be the same size I could tell you which is which.
