Legends of Lone Wolf

Well, I have been re-reading the Lone Wolf novels that I have (all but The Birthplace, The Tellings, The Secret of Kazan-Oud and The Rotting Land) and decided to learn a bit more about John Grant (aka Paul Barnett). I stumbled upon his site (http://hometown.aol.com/thogatthog/) where he is offering the novels in PDF format for sale. I lashed out and bought all twelve (for $25) and must say am pleasently surprised. The first six have undergone a few revisions (not much, just little bits here and there) and Pam Barnett was a pleasure to deal with. If you have ever wanted to read the novels, this is a pretty good way of doing it, I think (and cheap!)

Paul is a talented writer, and if the Legends of Lone Wolf gave Lone Wolf the attention Qinefer and Alyss got, they would have been great. IMO of course. :)

I agree fully. However, if you approach reading them from the view that they are seperate from the gamebooks, I think most people would enjoy them :)

That's nice indeed. Project Aon has had a link to his page for a while already, but I haven't gotten around to ordering them yet. You can also get them on CD for a little more $$.

A very cool link. I never knew about this. Thx for posting!

I am going over there in a few days or early next month to get these. I only read the first one before I got busy with life and college. Hopefully these will gain a new insight to the Lone Wolf World.
